In case of oxoacids, the one has more electronegative halogen is more acidic.
Given acids are ClOH, BrOH, IOH in these acids the oxidation state is the same +1. Therefore the acidic character depends only upon the electronegativity.
When halide is more negative, it will pull the electrons towards itself resulting in stronger acid
 
Hence the order of decreasing acid strength is ClOH > BrOH > IOH
