It is assumed the length of rope is 10 m. Fig.(a) illustrates the question as given.
When the rope is pulled up by a force of 50N, we get an upward acceleration a = 50/4 = 12.5 m/s2    
 
if we need to find tension at 3 m from point of application of force, then remaining mass of 7 m rope acting as load.
Fig.(b) shows the force diagram needed to get tension at 3 m from point of application of force.
 
As per Newton's law we have, (T - 2.8×g) = 2.8×a = 2.8×12.5 ; hence we get T = 62.44 N
