salt hydrolysis takes place.
for acidic salt,
pH = 7 - 0.5pKb - 0.5logC
4.86 = 7 - (0.5*5) - 0.5logC
0.5logC = 4.5 - 4.86
logC = -0.72
so, C = 0.19 M (ans)
