Answer:
1. Dogs pant during the hot summer days to reduce their internal temperature. When the dogs pant, the water molecules get absorbed from its body and evaporate. Thus, the dogs body gets cooled inside despite of scorching heat.
 
2. The temperature of the cold soft drink bottle is less than the temperature of the atmosphere. The air surrounding the bottle, when comes in contact with the cool surface of water it condenses to form water, and this water is seen as drops on the cold soft drink bottle.
