NEET Registration 2021

Last date of registration for NEET 2019:

The last date is 30th November, after which students will not be allowed to register for NEET 2019. The application form correction window will be open from 14th January to 31st January. During this time, students who have made mistakes in their registration forms can rectify and correct them.

Important details regarding NEET Registration 2019:

What you must have for NEET Registration:

1. Aadhaar card
2. Class 10 and 12 marksheets
3. Scanned file of your photo in JPEG format
4. Signature
5. Valid phone number
6. Valid e-mail
7. Credit/debit card for fee payment

Steps for registration:

Step 1. Go to the official NEET website and click on the link to open a new application form.

Step 2. Fill in the details.

The details are as follows:

1. Name, father's name, mother's name
2. Category
3. DOB
4. Nationality
5. Identification selection type

Step 3. Secure your form.

• After filling the details, crosscheck and verify your phone number.
• Create a password and question and answer for security.
• Note down the registration number.
• Put the one time password and then submit.

Step 4. Log in again and fill up the details.

1. Personal details (name, father's name etc.)
2. Place of birth
3. Academic details (marks, school, college etc)
4. Choice of exam centre (you have to give four choices of the centres you want)
5. Phone number
6. E-mail address
7. Dress code option

Step 5. Attach the scanned required documents.

After filling the details, students are supposed to scan these documents and attach them with their form.

Step 6. Pay the fees online.

Fee structure: While you register for NEET, you have to pay the fees online after filling in the details. The fee structure for registration of NEET 2019:

1. For General and OBC category: Rs 1400/-
2. For SC/ST/PH category: Rs 750/-

Step 7. Take a printout of the acknowledged receipt once you have paid the fees.

After you have paid the fees and submitted the form, there will be a confirmation sent to the registered phone and e-mail address.

Students are supposed to take a printout of this confirmation notification as evidence of their registration. This printed receipt will be proof that you have registered for NEET 2019.

Documents to be kept ready:

• 6 to 8 copies of uploaded photographs
• Printout of NEET 2019 confirmation page
• Proof of payment of fees
• Copy of the system-generated Self-Declaration for candidates from J&K who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota

Once you have submitted the form, you cannot change these details:

6. Person with disability
