Hi Abhishikth Dhurjati

Vector sum is nothing but the additionof vectors.

Consider an example of triangle law.

In triangle law, two vectors acting particles at the same time are represented in magnitude and direction by the two sides of a triangle taken in order, the resultant vector is represented in magnitude and direction by the third side of the triangle taken in opposite order.
