can you please explain me about playfair's axiom????????????
and also explain euclid's 5th posthulate

Hi Yerram,
Playfairs axiom states that ,
In a plane, given a line and a point not on it, at most one line parallel to the given line can be drawn through the point.
Suppose we have drawn a line say 'd' and taken a point 'p' which is not on that line.
We can draw infinitely many lines passing through that point 'p'. If these lines are extended they will intersect our drawn line 'd'.
There will be only one line which will never be intersecting our line 'd' this line is parallel to line 'd'.
Which is same as Euclids 5th postulate: Two lines are said to be parallel if they never meet.
