1. Flame cell is an organ of excretion in invertebrates like nephridia and flatworms. It contains cilia that draws in waste products and propel them outside through a connecting tubule.

2. Archaea is a domain of a group of single-celled prokaryotic organisms whose cells lack a defined nucleus.
