g'=g-Rw^2cos^2?......?=latitude
mg'=mg-mRw^2cos^2?
mg'=weight of a body of mass 100 gram at latitude 25 degree=100/1000  x 10 -100/1000 x 0.03386 cos^2 25)
by solving we get the weight of the person at that latitude.
