let the sides of squares are a and b respectively so we have a2 + b2 = 530  and  4a - 4b = 24 ===> a-b = 6

we also have  (a-b)2  = a2 + b2 - 2ab  putting above values we get ab = 247

we also have  (a+b) 2  = (a-b)2 + 4ab  putting above value we get a+b = 32

so a= 19 and b = 13
