let the sides of squares are a and b respectively so we have a^{2 }+ b^{2 }= 530 and 4a  4b = 24 ===> ab = 6
we also have (ab)^{2} = a^{2 }+ b^{2 } 2ab putting above values we get ab = 247
we also have (a+b) ^{2} = (ab)^{2} + 4ab putting above value we get a+b = 32
so a= 19 and b = 13
