Answer : Given :In a class, there are 27 boys and 14 girls.The teacher wants to select 1 boy and 1 girl to represent the class for a function.
To find  :In how many ways can the teacher make this selection

The no. of ways the teacher can select 1 boy from 27 boys is 27C1 and 1 girl from 14 girls is 14C1
Therefore the total required ways is = 27C1 * 14C1 Answer
