Hello mam please explain on what factors the capacitance of a capacitor actually depends?And sketch a graph to show how capacitance of a capacitor varies with charge Q ?

Capacitance value and depends upon three main factors.
1. The surface area, A of the two conductive plates which make up the capacitor, the larger the area the greater the capacitance.
2. The distance, d between the two plates, the smaller the distance the greater the capacitance.
3. The type of material which separates the two plates called the "dielectric", the higher the permittivity of the dielectric the greater the capacitance.

As Q increases, V also increases and capacitance C (which is the ratio of Q and V) remains the same for a conductor of a certain shape and size.
