Do alloys always have higher electrical resistivity , higher melting points and lower electrical conductivity than their pure metals?

Mostly alloys have higher electrical resitivity but some alloys of oxides of Cu, Bi, Hg etc are superconducting. An alloy of Al and Boron has a very very high m.p., but this is not a generalisation.
