This question is not exactly from this chapter but from the previous year.
 
What is the power required to raise 300 litres of water per minute through a height of 6m using a pipe of diameter 2.5m ?(g=10m/s^2)

Given:
Volume of 300 litres of water, V = 0.3 m³
Density of water, ρ = 10³ kg /m³
t = 1 min = 60 sec
g = 10 m/s²
 
mass = volume × density
m = 0.3 × 10³ = 300 kg
Power required in pulling up this water to height of 6 m is given as,

Hence, 300 W power required to raise 300 litres of water per minute.
