BD is the diagonal of a quad abcd in which AL is perpendicular to BD , CM IS perpendicular to BD show that area ABCD = half BD X ( AL + CM)

Dear Student,
In the figure,
Area of ABCD= area of triangle ABD + area of triangle BCD
=(1/2 x AL x BD) + (1/2 x CM x B
Area of ABCD =1/2 BD (AL+CM)
