The bulb connected directly with the coil will glow brighter than the bulb connected across the coil.
An induction coil when connected across a potential it will generate a trainsient emf equal to the applied potential which quickly dies to zero.
Thus it initially poses some resistance and then that resistance dies to negligiable.
Since the bulb connected across the coil will have the potential equal to that across the coil thus the potential drop across it will  be negligiable and hence it will initially will be bright but then will dim out soon
