A ball is thrown vertically upwards with a velocity of 20ms-1. It takes 4s to return to its original position. Draw v-t and a-t graph for the motion of the ball? plzzzzzzz...........

Initial velocity of the ball, u = +20 m/s
acceleration on the ball will be due to gravity, g = -10 m/s2
Here the cartesian coordinate system is used with downward directions as negative and upwards as positive.
using first equation of motion:
final velocity, v after time t will be:
 
v = u + gt = 20 - 10t
HEnce its graph would be:
And acceleration due to gravity will be constant throughout hence its curve with time would be a straight line g = -10 m/s2
