A Relation R on a set A is said to be an equivalence relation on A iff it is reflexive, symmetric and transitive for all the elements in A.
So, the key word here is for all elements.
Your answer is almost right Neeraj.
But you have missed the elements (2,4), (4,2), (3, 4) and (4, 3).
Go in an orderly manner so that you dont miss out on any element.
