Will magnetic field lines intersect when two unlike poles of a magnet attract?

magnetic field lines will never intersect. Tangent to the magneic field line at a given point is the direction of magnetic field.
If megnetic field lines intersect at a point, that means there are two directions for the given magnetic field that is not possible.
