Will every reactions in world will attain chemical equlibrium at some point of time?If No, why?How can we identify by viewing a chemical equation that this reaction will attain a chemical equlibrium with out having Kc or Qc ?

Yes, every reaction attain chemical equilibrium. Equilibrium occurs when there is a constant ratio between the concentration of the reactants and the products. Different reactions have different equilibria.
