Hi Hari,
In the poem 'Mirror', the mirror compares itself to 'the eye of a little god' since it possesses the godly quality of truthfulness. It absorbs what every it sees and reflects it in the same manner. It is not affected by the liking or dislike of the person looking into it and fulfils its duty of portraying the true of the person.
