Expert Answer
This is due to inertia. Inertia is the resistance offered by the object to change its state of motion. When the bus moves, our body also experience the movment. when the bus is stopped, our body is under movement for some time due to inertia till we balance ourselves, so our body moves forward.
This phemnomenon is explained by newton's first law of motion, every object continues its state of motion,
unless it is subjected to some other external force.
