Expert Answer
1. According to Pascal's law the pressure remains constant at all the points in the fluid which is at rest.
2. It takes a large force to slow down or to stop a car that is travelling at speed. Hydraulics are used in the braking system of a car.
3. They cause a relatively small force from the driver’s foot to be multiplied to produce a greater force, which acts equally on all four brake pads.
