A body moves when an unbalanced force acts on it.
The person is being pulled by four people from all sides, that is, one from front, one from back, one from right and one from left. Thus, the pull of force on front is balanced by pull of force on back and the pull on right is balanced by pull on left.
 
Thus, the person does not move even if four people are pulling him.
