Who shoulders the responsibility of the
Union Legislature when the Lok Sabha
is dissolved or in the case of a National emergency?

In case of a proclamation of National Emergency or if the Lok Sabha is dissolved, it is the Rajya Sabha which shoulders all the responsibilities of the Union Legislature.
