while finding the static and kinetc friction between 2 blocks out of which 1 is placed on other, mass of which block should be considered? the above placed or below placed block?

Answer:
Frictional force is proportional to Norma force experienced by the moving body. The constant of proportionality is static/dynamic friction coefficient.
Hence the mass of the object that gives the normal force should be considered.
