Option (b) is correct. 
Speed v varies as :  v2 = 2gh (initial velocity is zero)
 
Hence speed Vs height is quadratic function as shown in figure.
 
Initial speed is zero at maximum height and speed reaches maximum when height h = 0;
after bouncing the ball reaches the height (h/2), where h is initial height and follows the same pattern of varying speed as shown in figure
