Curvilinear motion is the motion when body is moving along the curved path hence there will be change in the direction at each and every point.
Oscillatory motion resembles the to and fro motion of swing hence there is also change in direction of the body.
Rectilinear motion is the straight line motion of the body. In this motion no change of direction takes place.
Revolution resembles with circular motion and change in direction takes place at each and every point during circular motion.
