The net reaction for electrolysis of brine is 
 
2NaCl(aq) + 2H2O(l)  →  H2(g)  +  Cl2(g)  + 2NaOH(aq)
 
these are the products obtained from electrolysis of brine solution.
But the chlorine will react with sodium hydroxide to form sodium chlorate(I) NaOCl.
 
 
Hence the correct option is a) NaCl which is not formed when the products obtained from an electrolysis of brine are mixed.
