Which method of preparing the medium is better for tissue culture

The nest media for tissue culture will be the compost from rotten vegetables. You can also use half a cup of coconut milk and a half teaspoon of malt. You can replace the coconut milk with a half cup of green tomato puree or a half cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. The basic media which is required may be a little costly and you may need to visit the laboratory.
