when someone hit on nose blood comes out, why this happens?

The nose contains many small blood vessels positioned close to the surface. Slight force or injury to the nose can cause these blood vessels to rupture. Depending on the extent of injury, the nose can swell, bleed, form blood clots or even get fractured.
