When all ice floating in water melts, what happens to the level of water in the container?

When all ice floating in water melts the level of water in the container remains same.  The reason is that initially 9/10th of volume of ice is inside water due to density differences. After ice water converts to ice its volume becomes 9/10th of total volume, thus leading to stationary water level of container.
