What would be the image distance in a myopic eye, if an object is kept at
I) 25 cm from eye
II) infinity

Expert Answer
In myopia eye can observe clearly near by objects but far objects cannot be observed clearly.
1. 25cm is least distance of distinct vision(LDDV) so the object will appear clear and its image will form at retina.
2. When object is placed at infinity then the eye will not be able to form clear image so the image will form infront of the retina.
