Expert Answer
Following were the beliefs of the Radical Nationalists:
- The Radical Nationalists did not believe in the so called ‘British sense of justice and fairplay’.
- They considered the British rule to be more detrimental to India’s interests than to its good.
- They held that the British could never be expected to administer for the Indians’ welfare as the British economic and political interests were diametrically opposite to those of the Indians.
- They desired complete political independence as against the Moderate demand of self-government within the British Empire.
