What was the contribution of Abu Bakr in spreading Islam in various parts of the world?

Abu Bakr was the first Caliph of the Muslims. He inspired, mobilised and transformed the Arabs into an excellent fighting force. The Arab armies inspired by Abu Bakr conquered large swathes of territories. They invaded Iran, Syria, Central Asia, North Africa and Spain and spread the words and teachings of Allah.
