Na + H2O →  NaOH + 1/2 H2  
 
NaOH + HCl → NaCl + H2O
 
Meq of HCl = Meq of NaOH  = Meq of Na
 
fraction numerator 73 over denominator 36.5 end fraction cross times V equals fraction numerator 0.46 over denominator 23 end fraction 1000

V space cross times 2 equals 0.02 cross times 1000

V equals 20 over 2

V equals 10 space m l
 
 
Volume required is 10  ml
