Asked by ShruthiGiridharan | 19 Mar, 2014, 03:02: PM
Expert Answer
Weight of a body at the centre of the earth is zero.
We know that weight of a body = mass x acceleration due to gravity.
w = m x g
Here at the centre of the earth g=0.
so w = m x 0
i.e weight = 0
