what is the speed of light in every medium?why and explain it in manner that it will be proved that the light will travel in that medium?

When light travels from one medium to another medium its speed changes due to refraction. Thus, the speed of light in every medium is different.
This implies that every media will have its own refractive index value. So light once entered into a medium will travel through it but with a change in its speed (low speed).
