What is the Patwari’s main duty? Also state his secondary duties.

The Patwari’s main work is to measure land and keep its record. However, there are other duties that a Patwari needs to fulfill. They are
a. To maintain and update the records of a group of villages.
b. To organise the collection of land revenue from farmers.
c. To provide information to the government about the crops grown in particular areas.
