what is the main agenda of meeting of the gram sabha

The Gram Sabha of each village has different agendas which keep on changing according to the needs and requirements of people of village.
For example, if a villgage suffer from water scarcity, then one of the agendas of the Gram Sabha would be to discuss measures that need to be taken to solve the problem of water scarcity.
Similarly, if a there are no high Schools within the village, then one of their agendas would be to request the higher authority to open High schools in the village.
In meetings of the Gram Sabha, progress report, account and audit report of last year and in 2nd meeting budget and activities of the next year are also discussed.
