Hi Suraj,

Our modern lifestyle causes the increases of worries, pressures, abuse of drug, beer, irregular eating. They are main factors that lead to inflammation of stomach ulcers. Therefore, you should eat and drink moderately. Also keep tensions and worries under control.

The purpose of having a healthy diet is to keep a person's gastric in a calm state, and in order to control the secretion of gastric juice.

There are certain kinds of foodstuffs that cause stimulants, thus increasing secretion of gastric juice. These include drink containing caffeine, such as tea, coffee, chocolate, and soft drink. Drinking a lot of wine and beer also disturbs the gastric juice scretion.

Others such as greasy food, kinds of spice like hot pepper, mustard, black pepper, garlic, sour fruits, candy and chocolate, also may interfere with the right amount of gastric juice secretion.
