Aqueous solution means the solution of solute dissolved in water as solvent. It does not indicate the concentration of that solution.
Dilute solution indicate the streangth of the solution. That means the amount of solvent is very high. The solvent can be water or any other organic solvent such as carbon tetrachloride etc.
