What is the difference between a reflex and walking?
A reflex reaction happens without active thinking involved. It is a quick reaction to a stimulus. The spinal cord is responsible for this action. Brain is not much involved here. Whenever a quick reaction is required, the reflex action comes into picture.
Walking is a voluntary action carried out by the body. Here, the brain is actively involved in executing this action. Walking is an action that is thought out before it is done. We walk when our brain decides and not just as a reflex action.
