Here, l = 22 cm and radius = 100/2 = 50 cm
Theta = l/r = 22/50 radians = 11/25 radians
Now, this can be easily converted to degrees.
11/25 radians = 11/25 * 180/ pi degrees
= 11/25 * 180/ pi degrees
= 126/ 5 degrees 
= (25 + 1/5) degrees
= 25 degrees (1/5 * 60) minutes              [As 1 degree = 60 minutes]
= 25 degrees 12 minutes
