What is the defined angle for banking of roads?

As shown in figure , Normal reaction force is resolved into two components.
One component Ncosθ parallel to gravitational force mg and other component Nsinθ in horizontal direction.
Similarly frictional force is resolved into two components, one in vertical direction i.e., fsinθ and other one fcosθ in horizontal direction
we have in vertical direction N cosθ = f sinθ + mg or N cosθ = μN sinθ + mg or N = mg/(cosθ - μ sinθ) ................(1)
in horizontal direction, N sinθ + f cosθ = mv2/r or N sinθ + μN cosθ = mv2/r ....................(2)
where r is the radius of curvature of bending road
By substituting N from eqn.(1) in eqn.(2) and after simplification we get, tanθ =
if design has to be made for minimum friction μ=0 and maximum velocity, then tanθ = ( v2 / rg )
θ is angle of banking
