In above question option C is correct the nitrogen present is sp3  hybridized.
Number of valence electrons in nitrogen(V) is 5
Number of atom in its surrounding (b) is 4
Charge on nitrogen is +1
steric no. = 1/2 (5+4-1)
=8/2=4
If steric no. is 4 then the atom is sp hybridized.
therefore in option C, the nitrogen has sp3 hybridisation.
