Answer:
mass of electron me = 9.109×10-31 kg;  charge of electron e = 1.602×10-31  C (Coulomb);
 
we know the atomic number Z of a given nucleus that indicates Z number of electrons orbiting the nucleus.
 
Hence the charge orbiting the nucleus is Z×e and the mass of total number of electrons orbiting the nucleus Z×me
