3) Colloids:
Colloids are a type of solution in which the size of the solute particles is intermediate between that in solutions and suspensions.
When observed through a high power microscope, the particles in a colloid appear to be floating over the surface of the liquid.
This shows that colloids are heterogeneous in nature though they appear to be homogeneous.
The milk, ink, blood etc. are examples of colloids.
4) Components of ink can be separated by centrifugation process.
