What is photochemical smog and what is uterification?

Photochemical smog is produced when sunlight hits various pollutants in the air and forms a mix of dangerous chemicals in other words photochemical smog is the chemical reaction of sunlight, (NOx) and (VOCs) in the atmosphere.
