CBSE - X - Biology - How Do Organisms Reproduce?

what is ovoviviparous??

It refers to reproduction in which eggs develop within the maternal body without additional nourishment from the parent and hatch within the parent or immediately after laying.

These animals develop within eggs that remain within the organism's body up until they hatch or are about to hatch.
